Hennessy @ Black History Month “Toast to Black Excellence”
Hosted at HUE Back Bay
February 2025, we partnered with Hennessy to produce the “Toast to Black Excellence”, a Black History Month brand activation hosted at HUE Back Bay. Designed to celebrate culture, achievement, and community, the event brought together Boston’s Black young professionals for an elevated social experience.
Hennessy was integrated throughout the experience through curated cocktails, branded mixology demonstrations, picture-perfect branded photo installations, and special remarks aimed at highlighting the brand’s longstanding commitment to culture and legacy. LiteWork Events ensured the activation felt authentic—not transactional—by embedding the brand into a space our audience already trusts.
The event successfully elevated Hennessy’s presence within the local market while reinforcing LiteWork Events’ ability to deliver culturally relevant liquor brand activations that resonate with consumers and create lasting brand affinity.


Proximo Spirits @ the “BECMA Mass Black Expo After Party”
Hosted at Grace by Nia
October 2025, we partnered with Proximo Spirits to deliver a signature cocktail activation at the “BECMA Mass Black Expo After Party”, an upscale celebration bringing together entrepreneurs, executives, and community leaders at Grace by Nia in the Seaport.
Proximo Spirits’ portfolio was highlighted through thoughtfully crafted signature cocktails that complemented the elevated atmosphere of the evening. Integrated seamlessly into the guest experience, the activation prioritized brand visibility without disrupting the natural flow of the event, which allowed attendees to engage with the product in a relaxed, social setting.
This collaboration showcased LiteWork Events’ ability to execute liquor brand activations that feel organic and culturally aligned, positioning Proximo Spirits in front of a highly engaged audience while enhancing the overall guest experience at one of the region’s premier Black business gatherings.


Mount Gay Rum @ “Brunch Noir in the Seaport”

July 2025, we partnered with Mount Gay Rum to feature seasonal rum punch cocktails at “Brunch Noir in the Seaport”, an outdoor daytime social that brought together Boston’s young professional community for music, culture, and connection.
Mount Gay Rum was highlighted through refreshing, thoughtfully crafted rum punch offerings designed to complement the outdoor, summer-forward atmosphere of the event. The cocktails were integrated into the guest experience by allowing attendees to engage with the brand while engaging with live music, fashion showcases, artmaking, and various photo booth installations.
This activation demonstrated LiteWork Events’ ability to showcase liquor brands in culturally relevant, high-visibility environments—creating memorable brand moments that feel authentic while connecting products to moments of leisure, celebration, and community.


Rémy Martin @ “Sweat & Social” Fitness Brunch
Hosted at La Fabrica Central
March 2025, we partnered with Rémy Martin to activate the brand at Sweat & Social, a fitness-forward brunch experience that blended wellness, culture, and social connection. Designed to challenge traditional spirits marketing, the activation introduced Rémy Martin within a lifestyle-driven environment that emphasized balance, community, and celebration.
Following a high-energy group workout, guests transitioned into a relaxed brunch setting where Rémy Martin was featured through curated cocktails and branded touchpoints. The experience positioned the brand as calorie-conscious complement to social experiences, which elevated post-workout connection without disrupting the wellness-centric tone of the event.

Casamigos at the “ENVY MV Day Party” on Martha’s Vineyard

July 2023, we partnered with Casamigos to activate the brand at our annual “ENVY MV Day Party”, a signature summer experience on Martha’s Vineyard that draws a stylish, destination-ready crowd of young professionals and tastemakers.
Set against the backdrop of the Vineyard, Casamigos was seamlessly integrated into the daytime party through curated tequila cocktails and elevated bar moments that matched the event’s upscale, vacation-forward vibe. The activation positioned Casamigos as the drink of choice for summertime celebration, leisure, and socializing, while connecting the brand with aspirational lifestyle moments in a culturally relevant setting.

Bacardi @ “Brunch Noir Patio Party” in Cambridge

June 2022, we partnered with Bacardi to activate the brand at the “Brunch Noir Patio Party” at La Fabrica Central in Cambridge. The event was an outdoor daytime social in the heart of Central Square, which blended music, culture, and community in a relaxed, sun-soaked setting.
Bacardi was featured through refreshing, thoughtfully curated cocktails designed to complement the patio atmosphere and daytime energy of the event. The venue also featured a branded mobile bar and branded table umbrellas, which provided a vibrant backdrop as guests engaged with the brand. The natural, celebratory environment reinforced Bacardi’s association with vibrant social moments and effortless enjoyment.
